Santa Trains

Experience the magic of the season with a trip aboard the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum's Santa Train! Trains leave the depot in North Judson, Indiana, and take passengers on a leisurely journey through the rural wintery landscape. Passengers get to visit Santa and take family photos to remember the experience. Plus, every child aboard the train receives a special gift from the jolly old elf himself!

Passengers can choose between Coach, Economy Coach, or various First Class seating options.

  First Class Lounge
  $35 per person (all ages)

  First Class Private Room
  $110 per group (all ages)
  Includes seating for up to 3 passengers

  First Class Private Car
  $875 per group (all ages)
  Includes seating for up to 15 passengers

  Infants and toddlers may ride the train for free but must ride on a parent's or guardian's lap. Tickets purchased online will be charged a booking fee. Please read our refund policy.

  Seating aboard our more spacious 1950s commuter car.

  Seating aboard our other 1950s commuter car. Closer seating, better suited for large groups.

  First Class
  Ride aboard our 1924 Monon Business Car for a more upscale experience! Choose from lounge seating or Private rooms for up to 3 passengers. Complimentary light refreshments included onboard.

  First Class Private Car

  Ride aboard the 1917 built Norfolk and Western Business Car #300. Private Car Rental reserves the entire car for you and your party of up to 15 passengers. Complimentary light refreshments included onboard.
